English Language Learners (ELL)
Please JOIN US this summer 2025 for some ‘ESL Summer Fun’
(ENGLISH PRACTICE for English language learners)
We will be offering a range of fun activities to help you get connected to others and practice English Conversation with Canadian English speakers!

From July to August 2025 we will be offering a combination of opportunities for English Practice:
face to face / in person practice sessions at West Springs Church (WSC) — once a week for 6 weeks (see below)
online conversation practice via ZOOM from your own home — once a month in June/July/August
Family outings/excursions — once per month in July & August
The in-person sessions will be Thursdays, 7:00pm-8:30pm from July 17 to August 21 (6 weeks) at the church. Discussion will be based on the Discover Canada Citizenship Booklet. Note:
You must be 16 years or older to participate (sorry, no childcare available)
There is a one-time $10 registration fee (cash at the door) OR pay-what-you-can
There is a free gift for the first 15 people to sign-up.
