Participate in our local blood donation drive! Join us on Oct.3rd as we share the gift of life with our city. There will be transportation provided to take us to the donation center, so please email office@westsprings.church if you plan to join us.

Please take the Eligibility Quiz in advance to see if you are eligible to donate.

On the day, please bring:

• Government-issued  photo ID with your full name and date-of-birth (not a photo or photocopy!), OR your Blood donor card (if you have one!)

• A list of the names of your medications and the reason for taking them

• Your kids!  Kids 10 and over can wait on their own in the reception area while you donate.  Kids under 10 must be with someone 12 or older
